Prisoner out on parole for medical treatment shot inside Patna hospital

A shocking incident in Patna has raised fresh concerns over Bihar's law and order situation. On Thursday, four unidentified assailants stormed into Paras Hospital in Raja Bazaar and shot Chandan Mishra, a murder accused out on medical parole from Beur Jail. Mishra, who was undergoing treatment, was critically injured in the attack.
