Lucknow horror: Speeding SUV hits scooty, drags it for kilometers, driver arrested

A speeding SUV hit a scooty in Lucknow, dragging it for several kilometers and injuring two siblings. The incident, which occurred near Louisville mall in a VIP locality, was captured on video by passersby. The SUV driver, an engineer working for a private company in Ghaziabad, has been arrested by the Lucknow police. The injured siblings received treatment and were later released.
