In pics: Heavy rain in Delhi-NCR leaves roads flooded, cars submerged, traffic crawls

Parts of Delhi-NCR received heavy rain for the second consecutive day on Friday, which caused widespread waterlogging, traffic disruptions, and flooding in low-lying areas. Delhi received 150 mm of rain in three hours between 2.30 am to 5.30 am in one of the wettest spells the capital has recorded this year. The city's main observatory in Safdarjung recorded 228 mm of rain in the past 24 hours.
