Sexual assault on minor girl in Chennai government shelter sparks political row

A 13-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by a guard at a government shelter in Chennai. The incident occurred on Sunday when the girl was attacked while coming down to study. The victim's leg was broken during the assault. The guard, identified as Matthew, has been arrested. The case has sparked a political row, with opposition leader EPS questioning Chief Minister Stalin's administration.
