According to the complaint, the Canadian national stated that the accused massage therapist opened the door while she was changing, leaving her exposed and caught off guard.
The woman further alleged that despite lodging a complaint with the hotel management, the matter was not taken seriously.
She went on to claim that the hotel management tried to suppress the incident by refunding Rs 7,000 out of the Rs 10,000 she had paid for the massage and advising her not to pursue the matter further.
Following this, the woman approached the Vidhana Soudha Police Station and filed a formal complaint.
According to sources within the police, the woman was in Bengaluru to perform in a musical concert. They also said there was a lack of clarity in her allegations.
