Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the Access scooter with single-channel ABS, enhancing safety while retaining its proven comfort, efficiency and reliability, with prices starting at Rs 92,328 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Suzuki Motorcycle India has expanded its scooter portfolio with the launch of the Suzuki Access equipped with a single-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS). The update reinforces the brand’s focus on safer and more confident everyday mobility, while retaining the Access’ core strengths.
The introduction of ABS adds an important rider-assist feature to the Access platform. Designed to regulate brake pressure and prevent wheel lock during sudden braking, the system enhances safety without altering the scooter’s familiar pick-up, mileage and ride comfort. With this launch, Suzuki has broadened the Access range, giving customers greater choice based on their riding preferences.
Commenting on the launch, Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt said, "Early this January, we marked an important milestone with the launch of Suzuki’s first electric scooter, the e-Access, reinforcing our commitment to future-ready mobility. The Suzuki Access with ABS is available across all Suzuki dealerships in India in two variants (ex-showroom Delhi):
Access Ride Connect ABS Edition priced at Rs 92,328 (ex-showroom), offered in five colours: Metallic Mat Black No.2, Metallic Mat Stellar Blue, Pearl Grace White, Solid Ice Green and Pearl Shiny Beige.
Access Ride Connect TFT ABS Edition priced at Rs 98,378, available in Metallic Mat Black No.2, Metallic Mat Stellar Blue, Pearl Grace White, Solid Ice Green and Pearl Mat Aqua Silver.
Ownership benefits and offers
Enhancing the ownership experience, Suzuki is offering attractive finance schemes on the Access with ABS, with interest rates starting from 6.99% and zero processing fee. In addition, 10 lucky winners from each state stand a chance to win vouchers worth Rs 5,000.
Engine and performance
The Access with ABS continues with Suzuki’s proven 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, paired with a CVT transmission. The engine delivers 8.43bhp (6.2kW) at 6,500rpm and 10.2Nm of torque at 5,000rpm.
Dimensions and hardware
The scooter features a 1,260mm wheelbase, 160mm ground clearance and a kerb weight of 105–106 kg, depending on the variant. It rides on alloy/cast wheels and comes with a 5.3-litre fuel tank, balancing practicality with everyday usability.
