Rajathi Ammal meets Kanimozhi

Upset over the arrest of Kanimozhi in the 2G scam, DMK chief Karunanidhi did not meet Sonia Gandhi on Monday- a practice he has followed since 2004 whenever he came to Delhi. The 87-year-old Tamil leader went to Tihar Jail at around 5.30 pm accompanied by his wife Rajathi Ammal, DMK Parliamentary Party leader T.R. Baalu and Aravindan to meet his daughter.
